For 11 minutes he stayed calm and kept his sister, who was in the room with him, calm. Now that’s something. And he’s just 13 years old. Very good news.

  2. I could see how Evanescence could set the tone for a book! What a great story about that 13-year-old boy, too. I wonder if it's easier for a younger person to be calmer than adults like us, who are more likely to freak out?

  21. Congrats to Chrys! Oh wow, I haven't listened to Evanescence in forever! I like to listen to music before I write, but can't while I'm writing. Too distracting.

  24. I can only hope I'd be as calm as that young man was. Congrats to Chrys, though I don't know how you can write listening to music. I find anything with words is a total distraction!
